We were approached by RCS to bring their online presence up to date.
Their confusing and outdated website wasn’t serving their clients’ needs. We were tasked to design and develop a new responsive website to promote their range of legal services.
At the start of the project it transpired that the client was struggling to supply imagery, we supported the client with an introduction to a local photographer who helped bring their areas of expertise to life and provide more authenticity than could have been achieved with stock assets.
RCS have commented that the website is now an excellent point of access and information for clients, is easy to update and manage, and the ongoing support from Third Dimension has always been swift and extremely helpful.
Print Design
RCS were so happy with the website design that they asked us to design new stationery that would establish the new look with existing customers and new leads.
The design revamp brought the business cards and headed paper in line with their website branding to maintain a consistent identity. The brief was clean, sharp and professional. We chose a landscape business card format and printed them on a 350gsm card with lamination to both sides for a high-end finish. They were very pleased with the end result and handed them out to customers with pride.
Ongoing Support
We have built a strong working relationship with RCS that has not ended at the launch of the site.
After initial training on the CMS, individual staff are now fully able to update the website as and when they need to. We are still in close contact with RCS and on hand to help whenever they need to talk through any ongoing issues or new requirements.
Our new website has transformed our business. With the help of Third Dimension, we now have a website that creates organic leads every day!
